Governance
The Global Fund for Community Foundations is currently a programme of Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support (WINGS), which is based in Manila, Philippines. The European Foundation Centre is legally and fiscally responsible for the Fund.
The WINGS Coordinating Committee oversees the overall governance and strategic direction of the Fund. The Fund's Management Committee is responsible for guiding the Fund's programmes and operations.
The Management Committee members are:
